The View Eastbourne is committed to ensuring all visitor requirements are catered for and enabling all our guests to access every part of the venue.
Getting around the hotel
There is step-free access into the hotel via the ramp at the front entrance. All our meeting spaces and F&B outlets are accessible via lifts servicing all floors. There is an additional fire-fighting lift which can be used in the event of an evacuation.
Accessible Toilets
Our accessible toilets are located on both the ground and mezzanine floors. They are spacious and large enough to accommodate up to two people and have a variety of support rails, emergency pull cord and alternative hand basin facilities.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Hearing Assistance
Induction loops are available at reception.
Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans
In the unlikely event of an evacuation, we must ensure the safety of all our visitors. If you think your disability could delay the evacuation of yourself and others, please contact your reception who will gladly assist in creating your own personal emergency evacuation plan.
