Private Event Rooms

We take great pride in giving you the chance to share all your happy memories with loved ones in our beautiful private event rooms. Our experienced team will talk you through your options, providing sensitivity, respect, and professionalism while helping you to create a memorable celebration for your loved one.

We have two lovely rooms which we could offer for a celebration of life depending on the number of guests you expect to be in attendance...

PIER SUITE 2
Located on the 1st floor, above the reception so has a lovely corner and front-facing view of Eastbourne seafront towards the Pier. This room can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 30 guests with space for a buffet table or 40 guests on round tables if you are having afternoon tea.

MARTELLO SUITE
Located on the 1st floor, it has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Eastbourne seafront towards the Wish Tower. The Martello Suite also has a private bar which can be available to you if your numbers are 40+. This room can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 80 guests for a buffet.

Catering Options

We offer a variety of catering options to suit your needs for your Celebration of Life event.

Whether you prefer a formal Afternoon Tea with delicate finger sandwiches and scones, or a more relaxed Finger Buffet with a variety of hot and cold selections, we can cater to your preferences.

All packages include tea & coffee, and you can customise your menu with additional items to perfectly suit your requirements.

We accommodate to all dietary requirements including plenty of vegan and gluten-free options.
